Identified - Our carrier partners for France have notified us that they are experiencing issues within their messaging platform. This may affect both inbound and outbound SMS messages to the Vibes Platform for all French numbers. We are in direct contact with the carrier partner and will provide updates as they are received.

IMPACT: SMS message latency on the carrier network for France. Messages both inbound and outbound to Vibes may experience delays in being delivered.

ACTION: No action is required by you at this time. All messages are being queued by Vibes and will be processed at the rate in which the carrier network is made available to Vibes.

Resolved - Starting at 7:45 AM CT an elevated error rate was observed in Vibes Authentication Services due to database replication related issues. The issue was identified by engineering and resolved with services returning to normal at 8:15 AM CT.

Vibes Platform logins, HTTP API authentication and SFTP authentication were impacted. Cached logins, previously scheduled broadcast campaigns in the Vibes Platform were not impacted. Additionally, SMPP connections were not impacted based on review of SMPP logs.
