Update - Our 10DLC partner has identified that some customers are not adhering to AT&T’s 10DLC carrier throughput requirements. We are working with them to identify what Error Codes would allow customers to know if this is impacting their 10DLC traffic into AT&T. This issue is causing sporadic message errors that are not able to be retried automatically with AT&T messages on 10DLC codes. This is not for all AT&T messages on 10DLC, but any message not reaching its destination on AT&T would need to be resent. Vibes is currently in contact with the provider to ensure a full resolution.
