Notification Type: Vibes Platform Maintenance

IMPACT: During this maintenance you will be unable to log into the Vibes Platform with a new session. Additionally, you must not update your password during this time time.

API calls: API calls may not process and return an error code of 40X

ACTION: >: If unable to log in to the Vibes Platform during this maintenance, re-attempt your login after 12:00 AM CT (5:00 a.m. GMT). If API calls have been rejected with an error status, re-submit those calls after 12:30 AM CT (5:30 a.m. GMT).

We are in direct contact with the carrier partner and will provide updates as they are received.

IMPACT: SMS message latency on the carrier network for the Netherlands. Messages both inbound and outbound to Vibes may experience delays in being delivered.

ACTION: No action is required by you at this time. All messages are being queued by Vibes and will be processed at the rate in which the carrier network is made available to Vibes.
