Monitoring - IMPACT:

Due to the current widespread AT&T outage, some MO messages from the AT&T network are not reaching Vibes. Any MO messages received will be processed at the normal rates.

MT messages from Vibes are being successfully delivered to the AT&T network. The current update from the carrier is that unless specified in the messages, the AT&T messaging core will attempt to deliver messages at ever-increasing intervals for up to 72 hours. Messages that have shorter expiration sets would need to be resent.

ACTION:
No action is required at this time. Messages will be processed by Vibes as they are received. Messages that fail to deliver from AT&T to the handset after the expiration period has passed may be retried at your discretion.
