Vibes identified an issue with MMS MO latency and missing MMS DLRs from T-Mobile, which began on 8/13 at 4:30 AM CST. The issue was resolved on 8/14 at 10:20 AM CST.
Impact: MMS MO messages will be delivered as they are reprocessed MMS DLRs will not be reprocessed
