Vibes has scheduled an emergency maintenance for this evening 4/19 at 10:00 p.m. CT to 10:30 p.m. CT.

Notification Type: Vibes Platform Maintenance

IMPACT: Messaging: Messages using an incentive code will be queued and reprocessed at its completion.

Platform: Incentive code details will not be visible in the Vibes Platform and Incentive code file uploads will be unavailable.

API calls: Messages containing incentive codes will not process.

Mobile Wallet: Campaigns using an incentive tag will be temporarily unavailable.

ACTION: >: All API calls containing incentive codes will need to be reprocessed at the completion of the maintenance.

Any active broadcast sending during this time will pause and need to be restarted at the completion of the maintenance.
